Gourmet Deviled Egg Cookies
Monday, May 26th, 2008In what has now officially become a Memorial Day tradition for me,
I decorated egg shaped cookies to look like deviled eggs.
They are covered in delicious vanilla fondant and topped with a swirl of buttercream frosting. Then accented by slivers of “carrot”, slices of “pimento filled green olives”, dustings of “paprika” or snips of “green onions”.
