A giant pickle makes for fun photos and a good giggle at any event. Imagine this paired with a “jar of peanut butter cake” at a baby shower. Or maybe made with Triple Chocolate Cake and PB filling!

This fun cake took 1st place in the Novelty Division at the Tulare County Fair. This particular version is about 40 servings. Everything is fondant or buttercream and very tasty and edible! Yes, even the olives and chips are made of fondant!

So I entered this cake in the Tulare County Fair and it WON! 1st place, Best of Show and Sweepstakes Trophy! It represents the top ten products produced in Tulare County. They are: Milk, Alfalfa, Corn, Cattle (represented by the steak), walnuts, almonds, pistachios, plums, oranges, and grapes. The cake board is covered by maps of the county and bordered by the names of the eight cities and towns in the county! I had a lot of fun working on this cake!

For a barbecue or birthday party.

Yummy little tropical cakes with buttercream “rice” and fondant “mango chunks”.
Made to look like a favorite Thai dish, coconut sticky rice with mangoes.

Perfect for a picnic, these cookies look like that famous memorial day treat, deviled eggs.
I can also make them fancy with an olive slice garnish to go with that sprinkle of “paprika”
A delicious looking ‘pie’ that when sliced surprises your guests with fabulous cake!

Coconut sticky rice with mango is one of my husband’s favorite Thai dishes.
